A selection of our products are available to order online on 1st Dibs for shipping to the USA and Canada. Please click here to browse the items available and simply message us direct on 1st Dibs for product queries or shipping quotes.

PRICING

Contact us for pricing or quotations on individual items, or for retail or trade price lists for any of our collections. Please note that trade pricing is only available to trade account holders.

Quotations for items from our stock collection are usually returned the same day; quotations for custom-made orders may take longer to put together.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our dedicated team are here 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday BST to answer any technical or design questions you may have.

You may also wish to request a call back from our design team if you would like to discuss your decorative lighting scheme.

LEAD TIMES

We make most of our lights to order. The lead times listed on this site are intended as a guide but we always do our best to help if you need something faster. We also offer our Next-Day service for a selection of our products with guaranteed next-day despatch. Please click here to browse the items available on Next-Day.

DELIVERY

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order throughout production. Shortly before it is ready, we will be in touch to organise delivery on a date to suit you. We deliver our lights direct to beautiful interiors all over the world. Delivery is priced depending on the size and destination of the order; ask us for a quotation.

RETURNS

Changed your mind? Return your light within 14 days to receive an exchange or refund (UK orders only). All you’ll pay is the outward delivery cost. E-mail us quoting your order number and we’ll arrange it for you.

INTERNATIONAL

Our lighting collection is available for world-wide shipping.  Our UK Sales office will be able to help you with your order directly or they will be able to refer you to your local representative.
