Vacancy: Sales Account Coordinator

A full-time permanent position with potential for future growth.

We are looking for an organised, diligent and articulate Sales Account Coordinator to join our growing team.  You will build relationships with key people in each client organisation and establish how to unlock the relationship / parameters that will drive future order growth.  You will be responsible for answering clients’ telephone and e-mail enquiries, providing the information needed, taking orders, quote requests and payments where needed and offering follow-ups as appropriate.  This needs to be done in an extremely professional manner, with a view to maximising the likelihood of current and repeat orders from each enquiry.  In addition to this, you will raise quotations, revise quotations, raise invoices, and enter orders.   Finally, you will represent Tigermoth at trade shows and host showroom appointments.  This position has huge potential for growth – we are looking for a candidate who can grow with the company.

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000, depending on experience, plus OTE a performance related bonus.

Location: Pangbourne-on-Thames, Berkshire, UK

Vacancy: Part-time Driver

A part-time position for a responsible and customer-friendly driver, two afternoons per week.  Regular hours with some flexibility as to timing.  Good hourly rate.  Overtime occasionally available.  Drive our lovely branded Tigermoth van to make client deliveries and supplier pick ups, all within 2.5 hours’ drive.  Some limited lifting required.  Would suit a friendly, presentable person who likes to travel and get a glimpse of some of the UK’s most prestigious building sites!
