 Vacancy: Production Co-ordinator

An exciting full-time permanent position with potential for future growth.

We are searching for an experienced, organised and pro-active Production Co-ordinator who will grow with us and who has the potential to become a future leader of the business.  You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of our workshop; responsible for scheduling production and planning materials movements to meet our orders on time and to budget.  You will deliver continuous improvement projects to improve the organisation of our supply chain and to leverage economies of scale as our volume of production grows.  You be responsible for keeping track of our precious stock of lighting components.  You will be responsible for supplier development – managing existing supplier relationships and developing new ones too.  And finally, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the quality and correctness of orders leaving our workshop.  This position would suit a graduate with approximately 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000, depending on experience

Vacancy: Sales Administrator

A full-time temporary 1 year maternity leave cover contract.  Potential for permanent position to follow, should our growth targets be met.

We are looking for an organised, diligent and articulate sales administrator to join our growing team.  You will be responsible for answering clients’ telephone and e-mail enquiries, providing the information needed, taking orders, quote requests and payments where needed and offering follow-ups as appropriate.  This needs to be done in an extremely professional manner, with a view to maximising the likelihood of current and repeat orders from each enquiry.  In addition to this, you will raise quotations, revise quotations, raise invoices, enter orders and project-manage delivery of orders to deliver a superb level of client service, being responsible for organising client-facing deliveries and collections.  You will prepare samples and catalogues to send to clients.  You will record and follow up all enquiries, quotations, catalogue and sample requests.  Following up after orders are delivered is also part of your role, to ensure that clients are 100% satisfied.  You will be involved in photo shoots and other marketing activities and you will be responsible for hosting our exhibition stand at shows.  Finally, you will be responsible for our showroom, keeping it perfectly maintained and always ready to host client appointments and drop-ins.
