Hassle-free delivery.

We currently deliver to the UK and the EU. Our lights are tested to European standards and are CE marked.

We are also now able to supply special kits for converting our lights to US wiring standards. Call or e-mail us to place your order.

We use named day delivery for our lights. In the UK, this starts at £12.50 for a pendant light and rises to £18 for a chandelier. We also offer more precise time slots at slightly higher rates. Delivery to the EU starts at £35 for a pendant light.

The exact delivery costs for each order are calculated at checkout depending on the total weight of all the items you have ordered and the country you live in. For example, if you place an order for a crystal maxi pendant, a pendant kit and a couple of bulbs for UK delivery, you will still only pay the £12.50 delivery charge.

We will contact you shortly after you place your order to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Please make sure that you enter your phone number at checkout so we can contact you.

Change your mind.

Return your light within 14 days to receive an exchange or refund. All you’ll pay is the outward delivery cost. E-mail us quoting your order number and we’ll arrange it for you.
